Step-by-Step Ordering Process
01. Send Us Your Inquiry
Tell us what products you need, the quantity, any customization requests, and where the order should be delivered. You can reach us by email, WhatsApp, or our online form.
02. Get a Quotation
We’ll reply within 24 hours with a detailed quotation. It will include product specifications, unit prices, estimated lead time, and available shipping options.
03. Request a Sample
If needed, you can request a sample to check the quality before placing a large order. Sample and delivery fees may apply depending on your location.
4. Confirm Your Order
Once you approve the quotation and sample (if requested), we’ll send you a Proforma Invoice with all order details. After you review and confirm everything, you can proceed with the deposit to officially start your order.
5. Production Begins
We’ll start production once the deposit is received. Our team will follow your specifications closely. Production typically takes 15 to 25 working days, depending on the order size and customization.
06. Final Payment & Shipping
When your order is ready, we’ll inform you and send the shipping documents. After receiving your final payment, we’ll arrange delivery and share tracking info.

Order Tracking
Once we ship your order, we’ll send you:
- All necessary shipping documents (e.g. invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading)
- A tracking link or update
- Support from our logistics team if needed
Returns & Issues
If something’s wrong with your order:
- Contact us within 7 days after you receive the goods
- Send clear photos or videos
- We’ll fix it—by resending, refunding, or applying credit to your next order
