How we ship your orders, what delivery options we offer, and what to expect after production is complete. Even if you’re new to importing, don’t worry—we’ll guide you through each step.

Shipping Methods

We offer different shipping options depending on your order size, destination, and timeline:

  • Sea Freight (FCL or LCL) Best for large or regular bulk orders
  • Air Freight Faster, suitable for small or urgent shipments
  • Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) For samples or trial orders
  • Customer-arranged Pickup Use your own forwarder if you prefer

Main Shipping Ports

  • By sea Guangzhou Port (Nansha) or Shenzhen Port (Yantian)
  • By air Guangzhou Baiyun Airport or Shenzhen Bao’an Airport

We ship globally, including to:

We’ll confirm the best port and method depending on your order and location.

Shipping Terms Explained 

You can choose the shipping term that fits your needs:

  • FOB (Free on Board) We deliver goods to the port. You handle shipping and customs at your side.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) We handle shipping to your port. You clear customs.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) We handle everything—shipping, import, and delivery to your door.

If you’re not sure what to choose, we recommend starting with FOB or CIF. For door-to-door, ask about DDP availability in your country.

Lead Time & Transit Time

  • Production time: Usually 15–30 working days
  • Shipping time (after production):
  • By sea: 15–45 days (based on country)
  • By air: 5–10 days
  • By courier: 3–7 days

We’ll confirm your expected delivery schedule when you place the order.

Documents & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you all necessary documents and tracking details:

  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Bill of Lading (for sea freight) or Tracking Number (air/courier)
  • Certificate of Origin (if needed)
  • Other country-specific documents (on request)
  • We will also follow up on the shipment status and keep in touch until your goods are delivered.
  • For courier or DDP shipments, the carrier will contact you directly before final delivery.
